[tutorial] how to get slim extras on phat psp

ok for the super noobs lol
here is a little guide on ow to get the slim extra feature like tv , skype icon etc

1. put the 13-27.bmp in ur flash0/vsh/resource
2. get any of the plugins full or just the waves one and put it in ms0:/seplugins
3. then make a txt document called vsh.txt
4. in vsh.txt put ms0:/seplugins/slim_wave.prx or slim_full.prx depending on what one u r using
5. exit usb mode go into recovery menu enable it then exit recovery menu and ur done

EDIT : i have included the vsh.txt so just flash the the 13-27 and put seplugins in the root of mem
